By using DusiCode’s services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Scope of Services
DusiCode provides services including website development, software development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, branding, SEO, digital marketing, IT consulting, and technical support.
3. Payments & Billing
50% Upfront Payment Required
A minimum upfront payment of 50% of the total project cost is mandatory before DusiCode can commence any work, begin development, reserve resources, or start implementation.
Intellectual Property
All code, designs, graphics, concepts, and materials developed by DusiCode remain the property of DusiCode until full payment is received.
Revisions & Changes
Projects include an agreed number of revisions. Additional changes outside the approved scope may require extra charges and revised timelines.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Both DusiCode and the client agree to protect confidential business, technical, and financial information shared during the project. We also handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
